My Policies

I want to always make sure I provide a transparent setting so that our precious time together can be spent enjoying each other, and avoiding any confusion or miscommunications. If you are a new Suitor please take the time to read through my policies listed in alphabetical order. (Maybe that’s a slight hint of Type A - you’re welcome in advance for being punctual to our flight! ;) After reading this hopefully it will help answer any questions you might have so we can skip right to the good stuff when we’re finally face-to-face!

To cover ALL the bases, I also added “Frequently Asked Questions” below my policies.

Behavior

As with any lady, I expect you to be a chivalrous gentleman before, during and after our date. Mutual respect and consent are very important to me. If we are new to each other, I cannot stress enough, “communication is lubrication.” I’ll communicate my boundaries and you communicate yours. That will ensure an incredible time together.

Cancellation Policies

I understand that as a busy professional, your schedule can change unexpectedly. I highly value my time (and yours), and I’m happy to accommodate but please note my non-negotiable cancellation policies below that is applicable as soon as we confirm a date and time.

Local Hourly Dates

If you cancel a local hourly date more than 48 hours in advance, I can apply your deposit to a rescheduled booking within the next 3 months. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, I do require a 50% cancellation fee.

Overnight and Fly Me to You Dates

If you cancel our date within one week of our scheduled time together your deposit will be applied to a rescheduled date within 3 months. However, any cancellations made less than one weeks notice for any reason will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total donation.

Touring Cancellation Policy

All cancellations within one week of my travel departure are nonrefundable. Any cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

After three consecutive cancellations I will no longer accept your booking form. On the exceptionally rare occasion I have to cancel our date, I will either refund your deposit in full immediately or upon your request I will hold deposit to secure a different date. Any booking confirmed constitutes an agreement to the above clauses and my cancellation policies. Please take care of your cancellation fees within twenty-four hours of canceling. Cancellation fees can be sent via: Bitcoin, Amazon Gift Card or Overnight USPS or FedEx envelope. Online transactions will incur an additional 5% transaction fee. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time.

Deposits

I will need a deposit to confirm our date. Deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable toward a future date. I require a 50% deposit to secure any date in perpetuity. I have options for cash and discreet digital currency (Bitcoin, Amazon Gift Cards or cash FED EX / UPS envelope.) Once I have received your deposit our date is confirmed. I will hold your deposit up to 3 months. If a date is not scheduled within said time I reserve the right to keep your deposit. Digital transactions will include an additional 5% fee. I am open to using select money apps with gentlemen I have established a relationship with. Please be aware that the remainder of patronage should be given in the form of cash on our first date.

First Date Etiquette

Patronage should be made available at the beginning of our meeting. To make everything flow as smoothly as possible and to avoid any awkward moments please do the following within the first 5 minutes of my arrival so I won’t have to interrupt our good time.

If we are meeting behind closed doors please visibly present my donation in an unsealed envelope on the bathroom counter or in an obvious location. If we’re meeting in public, feel free to place it in a card, gift bag or include it in one of your favorite books for me to enjoy later. I may discreetly excuse myself to count it and that time will not be included as a part of our date.

On every date, I value mutual respect and impeccable hygiene. If meeting me in public for the first time, please limit any rushed public displays of affection until a certain level of comfort is established.

First Date Policy

For new Suitors I do require to meet in public for our first date as I consider this to be the final stage of booking / screening.

Should this be a problem for you due to discretionary reasons kindly write that in the “special request” section on your BOOKING FORM. You may also email me directly so we can arrange alternative options that work for both of us: CarmenCapri@protonmail.com.

Hygiene

l take a lot of time prepping and primping so I can look and feel my best for you, I appreciate when that effort is reciprocated. There is nothing more irresistible than a freshly showered and shaved gentleman with minty fresh breath. Please ensure your nails have been recently trimmed and any “man-scaping” maintenance has been taken care of beforehand. If you have facial hair, please be sure it is well-groomed and well-conditioned. Scruff tends to really aggravate my sensitive skin.

Incall / Outcall Options

Whether it’s my place or yours, I want you and I to feel 100% comfortable. In Los Angeles, I offer out-calls to upscale hotels only. If you need me to book the hotel under my name for discretionary reasons I am happy to do so. I will just need an additional fee to book the room.

Visiting you at your residence could be a possibility once we’ve seen each other multiple times and screening has been verified.

My personal Los Angeles in-call location is reserved for established Suitors that I know, trust and with whom I feel safe. I’m happy to offer this to you after we’ve developed a consistent relationship. If our relationship progresses to that space please note an additional in-call fee will incur.

Touring In-call & Out-call Options

While I do not tour often, on the occasions that I do I offer in-calls at my luxury hotel. If we have an established relationship I’m happy to venture to you for an out-call. Please add additional Taxi / Uber fee to donation.

In-date Extensions

Don’t want our time to end? If you’d like to keep the afternoon / evening going and I have no other commitments I would be delighted to keep our connection going! Please note that in-date extensions incur an additional $1,000 per hour. Please be prepared to compensate me accordingly. If our date is running over time, I will have to bring up extending our date, and I hate to have to be the one to remind us.

No Filming or Photography

Privacy and discretion are my highest priorities. For that reason, I appreciate you not taking photos / videos / recordings of me during our date. My photos online are blurred for my privacy and safety as well as for your discretion when we spend time together in public. Any requests for additional photos will be denied.

Punctuality

Our time together starts from the moment we meet. I ask that you please be punctual for our date. Not too early, and certainly not running late. I know traffic in Los Angeles can be unpredictable so I do offer a ten minute grace period, but after that, I’m afraid your arrival time does affect the length of our date.

Privacy

Discretion and privacy is paramount to both you and me. Once you are screened and approved on my VPN encrypted device, all of your identifying information is securely deleted.

For clients in the public eye, I am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement within 24 hours of reviewing the terms. Thank you in advance for understanding that personal safety for both parties is of the utmost importance.

Extended Date Policy

All dates 3 hours or longer must include a snack and refreshment. That could include a social outing such as heading to the hotel bar, going to dinner, show, comedy club - or if you prefer discretion room service will more than suffice. Let me know if you would like my list of favorite date ideas!

Patronage

Money exchanged is for time and companionship only. Anything that may, or may not, occur is between two consenting adults and for which there is no contract or compensation. It will be understood that anyone contacting me understands and accepts these terms. I reserve the right to decline appointments when I deem necessary. Patronage listed is in the currency of US dollars and is non-negotiable.

Reviews: No review Policy

I have a strict NO REVIEW policy that enables me to maintain a discreet, exclusive, and professional online presence. I see our time together as sacred and not to be exploited for the world to read. I do not engage in review culture; I ask that you not divulge any details of our date, and I shall do the same for you. Thank you for respecting my wishes!

References

As I value privacy and discretion, if you personally ask me to be a reference I’m open to providing 1-3 references up to nine months after our last encounter. Please do not list me as a reference without gaining my consent. After nine months has passed, you’re welcome to book another appointment with me to reacquaint and to remind me why you’re so wonderful. If our date was a FMTY or Overnight you may have up to 5 references for one year.

Same-day Bookings

I am generally not available within 24 to 48 hours and I much prefer scheduled appointments. However, there are those rare days when everything could align if I have all your screening information. Fingers crossed a phenomenon could occur!

Screening

As someone who values quality connections, I screen for both safety and compatibility. If we haven't met yet, please take the time to fill out my BOOKING FORM. Pre-screening is non negotiable and takes up to 1-2 days.

Once I have verified your screening information I am happy to book a brief complimentary phone call at a time that suits us both.

It’s worth mentioning again - Discretion and privacy is paramount to both you and me. Once you are screened and approved on my VPN encrypted device, all of your identifying information is securely deleted. Thank you for your cooperation and patience!

Travel

In-State Travel Fees: “Drive Me To You”

I am based in sunny Los Angeles, but I am happy to visit you in Santa Barbara, OC, San Francisco or San Diego for an additional travel fee. All travel locations over an hour require a 3 hour minimum booking in addition to a $300 travel fee. All locations over an hour from my residence will also require an Uber to and from the location. Fees are subject to change depending upon time of travel and distance. I will be sure to provide screen shots of my ride receipts for the most accurate amount. Dates planned during 4pm - 6pm are subject to a higher travel fee.

Fly Me to You

Locations farther than three hours (San Francisco) will require a flight and transportation fees. If location is on the West Coast my chosen method of transportation is a JSX flight.

Overnights

Although I would love nothing more than to spend every second of our date together, I do appreciate the following during our extended encounters. I am a light sleeper, and I want our time together to be as nourishing as possible for both of us. I am happiest and healthiest when I keep a consistent sleep schedule. For overnight dates 14 hours or longer, having 7 to 8 hours of uninterrupted beauty sleep is a necessity for me so I can be at my best for you. For dates 24 hours or longer, I very much appreciate having 2 hours of personal grooming time to look my best for you! I’d also love to squeeze in a quick workout. Happy to have you join me in the gym!

Where are you based?

I'm based in Los Angeles and occasionally visit other cities. I am also available for international travel if the right arrangements can be made to fly me to you!

How can I ensure you are real?

As a low volume and discreet companion, I prefer to maintain my privacy both online and locally, which allows me to maintain a notable and trustworthy reputation. I have been UTR for several years as a provider, my P411# is p388603, I am also verified on Eros and Slixa.

Are your photos real?

Yes, my photos are really me and they were shot in August 2022. I don’t want to waste my time or yours, so I update my photos every 3-6 months. I take pride in training multiple times a week and I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle.

How quickly can I book a date?

It typically takes 24 - 48 hours for me to conduct screening and check your references. Sometimes that can be accomplished quickly, but I do prefer advance notice to reserve a date. I will at a minimum need at least 24 hours of notice for our local date. Booking at least a few weeks in advance will ensure my availability. I appreciate your patience and persistence.

How far in advance would you like me to schedule a visit?

I am a planner and love to schedule dates well in advance - the earlier the better for me. I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for local dates. I require two days advance notice for FMTY dates.

How long will it take for you to respond to my inquiry regarding an appointment?

If I do not reply within three business days, that means your appointment request was either incomplete, or that it was lost in the weekly inquiries. In rare cases where the message was rude or disrespectful in any way, I would not have bothered to reply, so please try to keep your messages polite and to the point. Feel free to resubmit your request if you don’t hear from me within 72 hours of submitting.

Do you accept every inquiry?

I do not accept every inquiry received.

What if I am late or need to cancel?

What is the best way to contact you?

Initially the best way to contact me is via email. My cell phone number is available to gentlemen who have been screened and have secured a deposit for our date. I’m happy to enjoy a brief phone call prior to our meeting to get the first date jitters out of the way. After that, I will only reach out to you via email, to schedule a time to speak if needed. Following our first meeting you are welcome to stay in touch if we are planning on meeting again. However, your private world is very important to me and I respect your life outside of our time together. Please extend me the same consideration.

What will you be wearing?

I will arrive dressed tastefully and discreetly. Classy, timeless and sophisticated are the best ways to describe my style. You will typically find me in a business casual or elegant dress with beautiful lingerie underneath for your eyes only. I take the time to ensure I fit into each unique social setting.

Do you take wardrobe requests?

If you are interested in a more casual look (i.e. jeans and a tank top or athleisure), please let me know and I will do my best to grant your request(s) within reason. If you have a specific outfit in mind that I do not own, you are welcome to purchase it for me and I will happily wear it for our date. Do you tour?

Should I tip you?

The way to my heart is being considerate and thoughtful! Tipping is not a requirement but I always make sure you feel my appreciation if you’re feeling generous!

Do you have a wishlist?

I do. I also hate the tacky saying, “gifts are never expected but always appreciated.” Gifts make me so happy and so wet! Do you HAVE TO get me a gift? I try to make my screening process as quick and painless as possible, but it is absolutely required for both my safety, as well as to make sure I am the right companion for you.
